Hybio won the “Gold Shield Award in 2013”
On July 20th, 2013 Chinese Listed Company Risk Management Summit Forum and the 4th Gold Shield Award Presentation Ceremony” was held at Shanghai. Hybio won the “Gold Shield-Investor Relation Award of Chinese Listed Companies in 2013”.
“Gold Shield Award” is initiated and hosted by Research Center of Enterprise and Company Law of Peking University (RCECL) and China Times Newspaper Office, etc. Currently in China it is the first and only award to comprehensively evaluate the risk management situation of Chinese listed companies. The comprehensive analysis of the risk management situation is conducted for listed companies, through the data analysis of finance, banking, laws and information with the risk management analysis methods and tools. The ability of risk management is evaluated for the listed companies after some degree of quantitative analysis based on qualitative analysis. At the end, the listed companies which have excellent risk management would be selected. This award is the metrological standard for the risk management of listed companies.
In this season of Gold Shield Award, there were more than 100 listed companies entering the shortlist. Eventually 31 companies passed the assessment and review, and were qualified for awards. On the day of award presentation ceremony, these companies were respectively awarded “Gold Shield-Information Disclosure Award of Chinese Listed Companies in 2013”, “Gold Shield-Investor Relation Award of Chinese Listed Companies in 2013”, “Gold Shield-Brand Management Award of Chinese Listed Companies in 2013” and “Gold Shield-Legal Risk Management Award of Chinese Listed Companies in 2013”.
